The functions and duties of the field supervisor

  • The inspection on the site at varying times.
  • Making sure the presence of the guards in places allocated to them.
  • Making sure of a good appearance and completeness of uniforms.
  • Daily viewing to the Status record and observations.
  • Ensure the implementation of all instructions issued by the client.
  • Making a tour inside the location to make sure from the safety of security.
  • Make sure to complete the process of receipt shifts correctly.
  • Ensure the safety of custody.
  • Coordination with the operations room in case of emergency.
  • Full readiness to receive any communications from the operating room.
  • Full readiness to meet any request for support at the sites.
  • Making a detailed report to Chief of Operations about the visits that he making.
  • Participation of the views that will contribute to raising the security level.
  • Recommendation on the excellent guards in order to motivate and remuneration them from the group.
