  • NASCO General Contracting is responsible for the construction of many of the KSA major High Rise office building, Residential, industrial, Villas, Apartment Buildings, five star hotels, Shopping Mall, labour accommodation, School, etc..
  • The Company is also one of the region's major earth moving contracting and infrastructure contractors with a huge range of equipment at its disposal.
  • The ability to mobilize vast amounts of plants and equipment at short notice, and the availability of its own asphalt, aggregate and concrete plants allows completing its project efficiently and effectively.

    Nas Al-Khaleej, has a range of capabilities and resources to provide their clients with a variety of services in the commercial, industrial and private sectors.

    Earthworks
    Involves the excavation, removal/importation and trucking of fill for surface scrapes, trenching and battered slopes. Nas Al-Khaleej can undertake both heavy earthworks for major construction purposes and small scale residential and tight spaces handworks.

    Foundations
    Concrete raft pad and piled foundations for anything from small equipment stands to heavy bearing structures and abutments.

    Concrete Construction
    Nas Al-Khaleej construct a range of both pre-cast and poured on site concrete structures, and take pride in achieving both accuracy and a high standard of finish.

    Building Construction
    Nas Al-Khaleej has extensive experience in the construction of high end houses and light commercial buildings (e.g. shops, warehouses and factories). The fully qualified building arm of the company can undertake the entire building project from foundations & piling to finished structure.
    Nas Al-Khaleej also uses Foam concrete (thermal insulating concrete) as an insulation screed beneath new floor construction and to protect against rising damp in existing timbered floored homes.
