Our project manager has expertise in supervising and implementing projects according to requirements, including electrical/mechanical systems construction and security and safety systems.
The project manager serves as the main point of contact for the client throughout the project duration, from the initial kick-off meeting to the commissioning and delivery phases. Additionally, the project manager has the authority to execute projects as per the contracts in terms of quality and execution timeline
The company, through the Project Management department, manages projects for third parties as follows:
1- Reviewing executive plans with design and consulting offices in case of any conflicts.
2- Visiting the project site, understanding the nature of the site, and preparing reports on that.
3- Preparing quantity survey schedules for all construction, architectural, and mechanical project items.
4- Preparing tender documents for the project for submission to contractors.
5- Preparing project contracts, including all project data, technical specifications, project schedules, project duration, parties’ obligations, and project payment schedules.
6- Preparing delivery minutes between the project contractor and the project owner.
7- Monitoring site facilities, offices, library facilities, external walls, and project identification panels.
8- Reviewing executive plans for project items with the contractor and the consultant.
9- Monitoring surveying work for the project with the contractor and obtaining approval from the consultant.
10- Monitoring project progress and preparing time schedules by the contractor, and preparing monthly progress reports
11- Monitoring quality management for implementation with the contractor and the consultant.
12- Attending regular meetings with the consultant and the contractor
